When will Buyer Accommodations be confirmed?

All Buyers will be staying at the Delta St. John's Hotel and Conference Centre. A confirmation email will be sent to buyers to confirm their hotel.

Airport Transfers - When will they be offered?

Transportation from Airport return will be scheduled for all Buyers.

When will I receive my confirmed schedule of Appointments?

Appointments will be sent via email to both buyers and sellers.

How long are Appointments?

Appointments are 9 minutes long.

How do I complete my buyer or seller profile?

Username and Password will be provided by the ACS Customer Service Manager once you have been confirmed as an ACS Buyer or Seller.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be issued minus a $100 administrative fee per delegate until July 15th. After that date, no refunds will be issued.

What are the Buyer Fees?

Each appointment taking buyer will pay $500 plus 13% HST

There is no additional cost to participate in the pre or post fams.

ACS covers the cost of airfare (to a maximum of $800 plus fam air for NL if applicable), accommodations during marketplace and for fams, all ACS meals and functions are also included.

What are the Seller Fees?

For the First Appointment Taking Delegate the cost is $800 plus 13% HST.

For the 2nd delegate the cost is $400 plus 13% HST.

Please note that each company receives one set of appointments and if sending two delegates, these appointments will be shared by the delegates. A maximum of two (2) delegates per company are permitted on the Marketplace Floor.

What if this is my first time attending Atlantic Canada Showcase?

An ACS Customer Service Manager has been hired to meet your ACS needs. Please let them know this is your first time attending ACS and they will provide you an orientation package that will help get you ready for ACS.

How will I know if my registration has been accepted?

You will receive an immediate confirmation that your registration has been received by ACS. A separate confirmation email will be sent from the ACS once your registration has been accepted.

What is the dress code?

Business Attire is required for Marketplace. Casual Attire for Monday Night function and Business or Dress Attire for Tuesday, Atlantic Canada Night.

How do I set up appointments?

Appointment Selection will begin in July (date TBD). The ACS Customer Service Manager will provide you with the appointment request form. Please review profiles online and email your request to the ACS Customer Service Manager.
